Our coffee is roasted and refined in the well-known traditional Florence roastery Mokarico. The Mokarico coffee roastery is located in the Valle del Mugello, 30 km north of Florence.
Florentine coffee scene
The Florentine coffee scene is quite challenging due to the high importance of tourism: large coffee roasters have conquered the city's gastronomic hotspots in recent years. However, many of the long-established cafés and restaurants still rely on Caffè Mokarico. From Mokarico's point of view, Florence is one of the most developed Italian cities in terms of
specialty coffee.
