Our roasting is subject to careful control at every step of the process. Electronic monitoring of temperatures and air cooling ensure that our product is of outstanding quality. Every product that comes out of the roasting is checked and guaranteed with the same care. Mokarico are proud members of the SCA, the Specialty Coffee Association, the leading industry association that promotes the culture of quality coffee. They are also founding members of INEI, the National Institute of Espresso in Italy, and have obtained certification of blends for professional use with the "Espresso Italiano" brand, the Italian espresso brand.
